2 Foundation Stone Chips, first 2 drops Then 18 Emeralds of Savage Fury in a row
Second day, zone changed to werewolves...
2 Foundation Stone Chips, first 2 drops 23 Emeralds of Savage Fury in a row 1 Foundation Stone Chip on the 26th spawn
So out of 46 kills, 5 Foundation Stone Chips, about a 10% rate. Maybe the Chip is more common when the zone first changes over, as shown above, OR.... my experience was just a fluke.
Best way to camp this mob: I used to think best way to move to his camp spot was through the outside tunnels. My opinion has changed. You can move across the main courtyard to the outside wall of the inner area. A HFL can do this with sneak, conning carefully and skirting around mobs which see thru. Hug the inner wall, timing your moves carefully.
(BTW, the only absolutely safe spot, aside from the zone-in, I ever found in this area is the corner right outside the entrances to the inner area. There is a corner cubby on both sides which has no mob wanderers. )
Continue this way until you get to a spot on the inner wall roughly across from where the RC spawns. It should face the little tent-like structure near his spawn point. This spot is not absolutely safe. There will be a couple of wanderers who will aggro. But a good group can handle this and you can clear a few mobs in front and then pull the RC to this spot and slaughter it there. Oh be sure to drag a dead mage along, so you can rez him and then summon in your group. Failing this, or if you don't have a mage, you will probably have to fight a bit to this spot.
Camped this mob today.... first two drops were Foundation Stone Chips. Was looking good! Then, er.... next 14 were Emerald of Savage Fury. One group, tank doesn't want that aug, so that accounts for 5. 9 others rotted. Can't even get people to run to Sverag for a free augment.... the zone scares a lot of people!
He is on a spawn timer. 21 and a half mins. left the last corpse there to time and there was 8 and a half mins left on corpse... so if i did my math right.... lol
camping there wasnt tough. the only problem is that little trio that paths by. i didnt test it much, but theres two yellow cons and a red, the yellows following the red one. i (bard hehe) ended up mezzing the two yellows and had tank tag the red unmezzable one. and there. camp is broken lol. seems to be about 20 min timer or everything. and fyi, if you kill the red mob thats part of the trio the yellow ones will stop in their track and you have nothing to worry about. they wont move an inch from that spot unless you agro them lol. much fun hehe.
Yeah, what's up with this mob? Earlier this week he spawned like clockwork every 20 minutes, not even a PHer. But for the last two days, over 6 hours camp time, I haven't seen him even once. Heck, not even a Pher spawned this morning, once we cleared what we thought was his PHer.
Devastation seems bugged too.... snared mobs path very weirdly, running back and forth after the puller, have to wet-nurse them all the way to camp.
PoR seems to have its share of bugs and they're all coming to the top now....

was farming Sverag for the ToB access parts before it was nerfed to a none raid event, and the respawn delay on this mob is EXTREMLY quick, about 5 minuets seemed to be the max for us.
Just gather a small raid and let the farming for those augs commence =)
