Just Killed one of these " an awakened whirlwind " ands had it drop a " Shattered Galvanic Band "

Located in the southeast section of the Arcstone map, these whirlwinds can be found scattered on the way to the zone to Skylance. They hit for about 600ish max on a 70 Ranger with (mostly) full defensives, and garner about 5% AA experience per kill at level 70.
Some of the drops:
Cyclonic Heartstone, Dervish Spirit Dust, Blue Diamonds, and very rarely orbs for the Black Orb of the Scrykin quest - I have gotten both Gray Orb of Karkahn the Tenth and Gray Orb of Taroknock the Eighth from the elder whirlwinds and awakened whirlwinds alike.
