I am camping her as I type this. She sucks, her level is correct she is always 26 from the last 4 times I have killed her (got Zapem, the best druid in the world to zap her for me.) She is easily found, what Juraviell has said is true, but she does not like to drop that rune. The room she is in is pretty safe. All you enchanters can just go invis and walk right to it in complete safety, aand sit on the wall in the corner BESIDE the gargs. if you sit in front of them, you are too close, will agro, cause big train, end life, etc. From there, illusion tree or something (thigns dont agro on me) and wait for her to spawn. Spawn time seems to be about 30 min.

She is located at the end of the canyon past the road up to the castle. She sits up on a ledge. She is guarded by 2 gargoyles. And everytime I have gone by there she is there, not rare, just the loot is kinda rare. Isnt she closer to 30 though?

IF I'm not mistaken, she is in a hidden wall behind the crypt, in the graveyard. Not guarded at all.

Either mistaken or mean. that is the location of the pit trap that drops you into the basement of the castle for quick death and tough corse recovery. Been there, have the bloody tee shirt. See the EQAtlas mistmoore map. Her location is designated there.
