can not be grouped when getting mission. disband get mission then group up again

I wonder if anyone having this problem. I could get task and progress but my other 5 members in group could not progress even though they got the mission.
No numbers or anything showing in the task window except which steps to take. And no one could progress (Killed the suppliers but nothing changes in the task window) Anyone know what the problem is?
(And yes since this mission is give out to single caractors, we all Hailed Borso and got the missions)

for the task the Needy the rewards are:

pretty easy quest just kill 10 firetail mobs and loot 4 items, kill 10 mistwalker mobs loot 4 items, kill 10 tree mobs loot 4 items then return the 12 items to borso for reward. All mobs are in Arcstone and the items drop on each kill, be careful on tree mobs they ae root.

zone in go left some see invis up so watch it.
take first left into merchants area and follow left wall round till u see him.
He offers 2 quests

say willing
gives u a task called The Needy
other quest
Say Tellen
say Lesson
gives u task called A shop Keepers Delight
Kill 20 supply runners (Dark Blue to 70 druid)
loot 4 items from them drop almost every time so we killed about 26 to get all 6 of us 4 each.
also need each person to loot 10 small chests from Tellen's stall in center of merchants. which pop randomly on the counter and are guarded by 3 guards.
you can waight till they move away and steal them (pick them up) then invis again.
We got so good at this we had one person stealing while rest killed the runners.
we were all level 70 pally 2 mages a druid chanter and a cleric.
Reward = finger ac=16 str+13 dex+8 sta+12 cha+9 wis+8 int+8 Agi +7 +to saves and 200 Hp and mana
the pally got a earing
