what part of lfay is this guy located?
If you look, this is probably the only way that you can bring up your faction with The Dead AND The Dark Reflection in one go. Yeah you lose a lot, but 2 are easy to fix. Kill minataurs in the caves near Ak'anon. The only problem would be Gnome Enchanters (Eldrich Collective.) If you can go avoid them though that's no problem! Considering that most evil races are KOS to them anyhow what have you to lose? Kill this guy!

There is at least one other way to hit both factions in one shot.
Go to Crushbone in Greater Faydark.
In the slave pits is a mean little underconned gnome named "Rentlon Brentclod". Killing him will raise both factions.
Beware though. He is both an under-con and has been known to respawn instantly. He will cast on you, melee on you and set his pet on you (all at the same time).

I am a 35 DE cleric and i was hunting Happ with my 45 DE wizzy friend. And we've decided to kill him while we are waiting for the 6 mins Happ spawn. We killed him 3 times and he dropped 2 jaded rings and a Blackpearl. This is a pleasant surpirse for us because everyone camp Happ know that she doesn;t has any loot. If you just camp there and level, you will be very very poor. But killing Bin while you wait for Happ will at least give you some decent loot while you are waiting for happ to spawn.

My ogre happened to walk by these huts at level 18th. Got KoSed instantly by Bin from INSIDE his hut. I thought I gave myself plenty of distance between me and him as well. Don't be fooled, if you are an Evil race take a VERY wide path around this guy.
