Warbound BreastplateMy hubby and I have run into this guy a couple of times and I have to say, he/she is a legend.
We only killed it once in Rathe a while ago with a SK, Pal and Druid all in the 70's. We ran into him again two nights ago in City of Mist and we had the same chars and we didn't make a dent. We're guessing he/she is a SK.
Whoever it is, they really are quite witty and fun. I look forward to meeting them all the time, even if I die, it was worth the battle of wits.

I just had an encounter with the skeleton lord in BlightFire. This version was red con to a lvl 49. Max damage somewhere around 408+
Apparently a GM/event mob. Dark blue to level 80.

We ran into this guy two days ago, 60 BL, 62 cleric, and 69 necro in Crypt of Nadox. Thought it was a player character that was just running through the zone shouting till he started hitting me. Hits hard and fast, we beat on this guy for about a minute and never got him below 99%. Resisted everything we threw at him and then hit me with a 2k initial DoT and 2k per tick.........LOADING PLEASE WAIT. Did have another mob with him, don't know if it was pet or cleric as if it was a healer he had no need for him. Mob is nasty and hope not to run into him again.
This guy and 2 other huge skeletons spawned in Blightfire moors. I am guessing this is part of the random events that happen when a GM or 3 decide to have a little fun beating up the players. XD
Raw Skeleton and Fresh Skeleton were the other 2 that assisted him. The "Rar" skeleton was the cleric and the "Fresh" skeleton was the warrior. The Lord must be a monk from what he was doing.

Posted: Jan 31 2007 at 9:46 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Was playin a 45 alt with my dads 66 char and he attacked me and then ran away when low health, guess he bit off a little more than he could chew. Waiting on him to come again so I can slaughter him with main.
I was in Qeynos Hills when I heard the announcement. I was dead 2 seconds later. I went back to get my body and died again. I am only a level 11 right now. .. But I hope to run into this character when I'm a bit higher :)

The only time i've seen this guy, is when a GM was playing him. I guess he's just a character that they can play to relive some stress.
At first i thought it was an annoying new boss in the zone, spamming his shout of going to kill us, these are his lands. When suddenly he said..i hate cats....and lizards too. (iksar beastlord here)
And 2 vah shir were the only ones in zone...soon after him taunting killing a cleric that went afk...well it was time to go after him. He lead a merry chase taunting us all the way. (note he made it so we could not track him and it was as if he had constant bard speed)
It was fun, and i got a whole uber 5 bone chips! whoot!
