im a lvl 22 enchanter lvling in mistmoor when i cant find a group i farm thoughs with pet and without mezz... course then again i go after monarch first... mabey they will all aggro one if monarch is there

Monarch's don't charm that I have ever seen. It's the Emperor that charms.

Fae Drakes (from Hatchlings to Emperors) are really good hunting up through about 18. They drop jewels and the like, it's some pretty good cash.
Watch the Emperor and Old Dimmshimmer, they'll charm you easily, but Dimmshimmer has some decent loot, his potion is a 200point heal spell.
Also, don't attack any drake unless you're *absolutely sure* there aren't any other drakes in range. All of them that are within hearing range will attack you regardless of level.

Watch the Emperor and Old Dimmshimmer, they'll charm you easily, but Dimmshimmer has some decent loot, his potion is a 200point heal spell.
