She is located in the cabin left from the entrance to Rivervale, just go down the trail (during the day), to the left, and she is around 1650,2400.

Can anyone please tell me how to raise my faction with this npc. I would like to know so i can have my necro turn in the items and get the tunic i am willing to kill tons of things to get her to trade with me i just need to know who to kill

This chick hated my iksar warrior friend. She argo him and hit like I would expect a lvl 35 to hit. What I didn't expect was for her to beable to catch me after I healed the iskar as we were running. I had sow on and figure very few things can out run Spirit of Wolf. As I ran I realize she was one of the fast ones. Luck for me I had Spirit of Cheetah up, 100% speed increase for those none shamans out there. Well ummm, she can out run Cheetah too. That's bull. So I died and Welome to lvl 33.

This is an NPC who gives quests for Ivy Armor pieces to Rangers - specifically the quests for the Tunic, Helm, Sleeves and Bracers

When that happens always check 2 things:
Check your spelling and Check your Tell.
It could be that you accidently forgot you where on Guild, OOC, Group or whatever instead of normal say. Other than that I have no clue.
