From the level of gear I'd say this is a Qvic level encounter...but as most of the stuff there can be single grouped by a solid force, whats the word on this guy? The spawning eggs sound Volkara-like, so if super CC is all it takes then yeehaw!

Drops Verok's Bauble of Abberation (All/All Earring) with Clicky HP/Mana Regen Buff, and 2 Glowing Shadowspine Runes. Casts AE fear spell, and eggs pop and hatch as hp drop.
