I would say it's not timed. My group just spent 3 hours in it because of the cleric dying and having to get him back in. We completed it with no problem.

Kinda wish i had found this page before starting Belfast 4, went in blind, ouch. There are posts here that say 40mobs to pop the alchemist. If my group killed more than 20 i would be shocked. When you zone into the instanced there is a red con mob, "Laboraty something" i think it was, he is in the rear cave thatis at the end of the water tunnels. We tried clearing to him but the pop rate is like 10min ish so couldnt clear mobs fast enough. Finally settled on Necro with harmshield dragging corpse of a mage through the water up into the rear cave along a wall by the water away from mobs, FDd lost agro, rezzed mage, CoHd grp. Pet pulled the Laboratory guy to the grp. He died and nothing happend. We decided to finish clearing that back room to see what happend and by the 3rd mob the emote went off and the alchemist popped in same spot that the other name had been. Not quite sure what did it but he popped and we didnt kill anywhere near 40mobs. Pet pulled him to the same spot, group never moved after the CoHing. He didnt hit hard at all, but had alot of HP and he came with a pet that our Enc kept locked down. He didnt try and gate or anything crazy at the end. He didnt even enrage or ramp. Group was made of Paly/Mage/Nec/Shammy/Clr/Enc. Paly is 13.5k ish with around 2500ac.

Oh and the chest spawned in the room the names were in. It did NOT pop at zi like the other missions that take place in this zone. The room needs to be clear to loot which means your have to kill fast since there are like 5 mobs in that area.

5th Mission

The 5th missions is fairly easy

- The repops in the 5th missions is insanely quick, i'd say 4-5min, but there this is by far the easiest mission to do

- Zone in and take the elevator down, u will see 2 guards in front of the next elevator. In this mission u have to kill 10 guards and then the Hurt Machine and then loot his core, and turn it in.

What i did, we killed the 2 mobs by elevator, sat and waited for em to pop 5x, so thats your 10 guards. Everything in this zone does not see invis, including the named. So invis up, and take all left turns, and go to the deadend on map to named. Now i trio'd this with 2 dru and mag, us 2 druids ang geared, so we were able to tank it. The named is really easy.

After u kill named loot Fibblereapers core, it says Fibblebraps core in mission, just disregard and loot the reaper one, it updates it.

Turn in and get a nice weapon for casters if u like to solo or an alt. its a PBAE 8 sec stun, very useful for massive killing in lower end areas.

The guards don't summon. I tested it while waiting for the rest of the group to arrive, took it down to 95% and backed up, chased me instead of summoning.

To get Find fibblebrap 4 you should go to Bellfast and tell him "Help Search" same as Find Fibblebrap 3 ,and he will let you choose 4 if you done others before.

I just completed this mission. There are rumors that it is "timed" and that you only have 1 hour from when you trigger/zone into the instanced zone after following the mushroom guy around.

If it is timed, its more than 1 hr. We zoned in, stayed at the zone and killed 40 mobs there. This took us 1 hr 20 minutes. Upon the death of the 40th mob (yes we counted them) the alchemist spawned and emoted to the zone. I then trained away the mobs between the zi and the water while the rest of my party ran and jumped into the water (the water is safe.)

We then pulled the 5-6 mobs to make our way to the underground cave and the Alchemist was standing there nearby the Laboratory guy. I yanked one and the whole cave came. FD. Rest of the guys go home, alchemist and Lab guy camp you. Ended up fighting them both at one time - monk tanking one, ranger on the other - both shaman slowed. They were cake, barely any healing was necessary (each of us are 13K+ buffed.) The alchemist has a TON of hps though.

Chest spawns in the back of the underwater cave.

Make sure your whole party is in Corrathus for the turn in of the shard thing u loot off the alchemist so u all get the uber exp hit.

My advice, just stick it out and kill 40 mobs at the zone in--no matter how long it takes u. I'm betting its not timed, just that most people dont take the time to kill 40 mobs since you can actually get to the underwater cave and clear it by killing only 11.

70 Enchanter and my take on this mission set
Task 1
Not many mobs are mezzable so you would think the enchanter is useless here. The first time through I let the puller try and single the mobs to no avail. Range agro is huge here so expect 4 or more mobs on some pulls. The easiest way to CC is charming a mob and just letting another 2 or 3 kill it. I don't think I ever got summoned so if your pet is snared, recharms are easy. You can do this while the main group kills the old fashioned way. Clear your way to the Alpha larvae and loot the meat he drops. Then clear to the Big Clockwork guy and give him the meat. Fairly easy mission with just about any good group.

Task 2
Mobs are fairly resistant to mez and tash is sometimes needed to get mez to stick. The latest map from mapfiend shows the way to the named. There are a few spots where you can get 6 adds or more so it's a good idea to fight in a safe spot. Mobs respawn here so kill fast. With a shammy in the group I was pulling without too much trouble. Pull with mez imo. You can try and get a monk to pull but don't waste time trying to single them. 3 mobs or less can be handled easily so line em up for your group. You need to kill the named in his room or he will warp back there at 100%HP. He also has to guards that can be mezzed. Overall a straight forward dungeon crawl- fairly easy

Task 3
This is where this mission set starts to suck ***. The zone is off of the hive and is the map with 4 cavernous rooms full of spiders. The named is in the NW room. You have 2 hours to complete this mission or you fail. No repops here which is good but the mobs are mostly lvl 70, 71. Our puller went LD so I was stuck pulling. Find a bard imo. Clear to the NW room. Kill named to 25%. At 25% he runs from you so don't follow him. He runs to the SW room and zones out. Next clear to the SW room and you will see a door to the zone he just went to. IMO it's best to clear the path from zone in to the door in the SW room in case things go bad in the next zone. The final zone is the same as 69.3 except you start at the top. The easiest way down is to invis and float off the right side as you go out of the top room. Go as a group because when you reach the bottom of the ramp or close to it you will get 4 roaming spiders. Kill them and pull mobs close to the named, Mobs respawn here and don't path back to their normal static point if agroed. If you try and fight down and get too many and run back to the zone you just came from, the mobs will be waiting for you when you return. If this happens, DA someone and run the mobs as far away as possible. Lobby summon and run back. Also if you zone out of the last zone you don't go back to the first instance but rather to the Hive. Now that you are at the bottom and cleared around the named, pull him to the beginning of the ramp and kill it.

Task 4
Another sucky mission but should be easier 2nd time through. Zone in to illisan and get on the first bridge to your left. Go south on the bridge into the dead end room. Go north up the ramp and kill everything until you get to the cocoon. Open the cocoon and a mushroom looking npc halls *** out. Don't follow him. He runs out of the zone. To find where the instance is, zone out and back and the marker will appear on the compass. It's way up high and there are 2 ways to get to it depending on how fast your computer is. You have to use levi and on old computers you fall much faster than on a new one. You can get to the instance without killing a mob. Once inside the instance you absolutely need a puller. Bards work best with fade. There are lots of mobs and they respawn. Pull 1 room and pull to the middle of the zone where the water is. You need to kill about 40 mobs to get the named to spawn. You can stay up top and kill respawns or drop down into the water and work your way through the tunnel to the back room. Once again, zoning out of this instance doesn't put you where you zoned in. It drops you to one of the instance's ZI on the west side of illisan. If you need to zone out, watch for the roaming spider there. Kill named down below and win.

Missions 3 & 4 sucked but then we had to figure a lot of this out without a write up.

Errata for mission 3:

- you have 3 hours for the mission
- also in the final zone mobs walk back to spawn point

General info:
- there are many roamers which run quite fast
- lot a mobs see invis, hopping with invis makes no sense
- mobs dont summon in first instance, did not check in 2nd instance

Few bad pulls and wipes will cost you lots of time! Push it but not over the egde!

#1 you need to find some worm thing called alpha larva i think, loot alpha meat. When i found alpha larva i took the first right and he was wandering in the room. When i found the gem i took left path and the first path i came up on my right i took that and a big clockwork was in the middle of the room ,give him alpha meat.

#2 we entered through stoneroot, the wolf caves right inside them to the left is a wooden door, click it. It isn't marked with the compass. We fought all the way back to the back room, named was there with 1 trash add and like 2 guards. kill him and loot the fragment.

#3 Mobs don't repop, named is in top left room. Clear arround him. When u first reach him he wont be attackable but will go through some text b4 u can attack him so take that chance if u don't have a good puller to tag the trash mobs arround him. Get him down to like 10% and he will run to the bottom left room. In the back of the room is a zone, click it and yull zone to another instanced.

In this u can either kill on the way down or do it the easy way and get levi and invis and drop down the side kill the wandering mobs and kill the mobs arround named and then kill named.

Just did #4

#4 This task absolutly sucked. First off when you first zone into illisan go left and the bridge there you need to get on it. Clear those mobs and through one door there will be a ramp, clear mobs in that room and mobs up the ramp. In the back of the room will be a cacoon, kill all mobs then /open it and a mushroom, the guy you need to find, will spawn. I am not sure how this part works exactially but i am guessing he runs and you need to protect him, not sure where he stops but protect him till u get task update.

After you get task update you will get mark on your compass. The task sucks to get to, its way up in the air you have to levi to it.

Once inside kill like 40 mobs till you get an emote, the named spawns through the water path on the other side, he has a ton of hp and a lot of adds arround him.

good luck with the tasks! They suck but are something differant~

We have had a few goes at the number 2 mission.
However when we go to Stoneroot Falls we are unable to zone in to anywhere, we don't get any pointers on the compass pointing to anywhere.

We tried zoning in to the three different instance zone ins, but were unable to do so at any of them.

Does anyone know where to go?

West part of the map, the cave with the wolfs in it. Go down and almost right on your left will be a wooden door, that is the entrance.

I don't know why they don't have it on the compass, it took my grp a while to figure this out especially since the mobs in the cave see invis so no one went there to start with. Be carefull cuz there are a lot of mobs there and some see invis so don't die!

Best way to faction for this guy is to kill Creep Reapers? Those are the only bastids that I can find that give positive crashsite whatever faction..

Yes that is the only way that i have been able to find, i spent probly a total of 9 to 10 hours killing creepers to get faction to get bellfast tasks, you need high amiable faction to grab them.

Part 5 - The Rescue - Instanced in CC at same place as first 1. Kill 10 a Creep Reeper Guards. Kill The Hurt Machine located in the top left tunnel. Loot Fibblereaper's Core. Return it to Bellfast. Then go hail the shiliskin fortune teller in Undershore for fragment if you have completed all 5. Must have all 5 done.

Correct only need missions 1-4 heres a pict of the Hurt machine...decent place to faction and get exp at the same time. Hurt Machine

ohh yeah and as for the melee getting that item only two classes can use...its lame....would have liked to have got my paladin a decent peircer....=P

Not true... the 5th mission is entirely optional. I got the reward from the fortuneteller after having the 4 missions done.

As an aside... rewards for the 5th mission:
Melee - Razor Sharp Corathus Spear
Casters - Marked Glowing Staff

Not sure why they decided to give a dagger that only 2 melee classes can use as a reward for all the melee/hybrid classes...

Ive finshed this, we got to a count of 40 mobs killed inside around when mission updated and some named spawned.

Has anyone figured out Fibblebrap mission 4 from Bellfast.

I found Neran Sporestomp he is in a cocoon in NE corner of map where it says Larva + Named (if you have the cart maps) Have to clear the mobs away from it and open it and that starts the rest of mission.

Problem is once inside mission I get stuck. I have gone to the rear in the underwater caves and killed the Laboratory Guardian named that was there. but after that I am totally stuck, the other named will not spawn as I am told it should.

So doing something wrong.

Edit: Figured out the mission, ya zone in and have to kill 40 mobs to make the named spawn, Bili-something, then ya just kill him and ya win, pretty simple.

the mission named is "Rescue Fibblebrap" and its devided into 3 parts. to start it, say "i will do it" to him... if you got high enough faction, you will be able to pick a mission

part 1 - instanced in corathus creep... when you zone in, 1 person will receive fibblebrap's memory thing. have to fight thru mines to kill alpha corathus, and turn in the alpha meat to the named at the end. and he will give you fibblebrap's gem 1. when you are done, return to bellfast, and 1 person needs to turn in both the gem and memorysphere

part 2 - instanced in stoneroot falls - have to get to the named warlock and kill him. can loot fiblebraps gem 2. turn it is to belfast

part 3 - 2 instanced zones in the hive. in the 1st zone, clear to the named - who is in the room to the west and north. when the named starts to run, the earhquake will start. let him go, and clear to the south room, where the door to the next instanced is. zone in, and clear mobs near zone in. Then from the zone in ledge start pulling mobs around the named (he will be way down bellow you). heavy CC is needed, since pulls will be 5+... when you cleared as much as posible, jump down near named, and kill him... cant pull named right away, cause he is tathered to his spot, and will return once he reach zone in. when the named is dead, loot fibblebrap's gem 3. 1 person needs to turn it in for progression and exp


part 4 - need to find a npc that will give a task to find some powerful alchemist and he also mentioned something about some power gems...


i will check later and post details about each task

This mob is blue to a level 70 player. He is not level 70.
