Hardest part for us to this mission was getting to the mission.
The entrance is the same used for the 69.3 mission. Same instance as well. There were a number of See invis up so we ended up having the cleric DA and rush the ent. On the maps it's marked on the left (west) side of the hive map in the green section. When we went back for the 69.3 a week or so later there were no or few see invis up and made it np.
You can rez at the entrance just watch the roamer. There's only one and he is on the funkiest path I've ever seen. Also one time I zoned out and hadn't notice my fixed length 12 minute invis had dropped early~ I got aggro it hit me for maybe a round or two and warped far far away.
Once inside just start clearing. On hard mobs hit pretty hard but as long as they are single you should be ok. Trigger the pods as you clear the area around them. Our first gnome was in the pod in the back of the room.
We kept the group at the zone in for the entire first room clear. Then got a gnome and ran him to the ent np. Monk started clearing out the room to the right (east I think) it's the single room off the entrance area, The other side has 3 rooms chained together. Once that room was cleared we move to it and began opening pods. Mostly mobs, got a gnome started running him to the ent and he popped to a drach. I think this is a time based thing. You have X time to get them to zone or they morph. Killing a morphed on counts as saving a gnome so no biggie.
Continued clearing the pods in that room. No more gnomes. Puller started clearing the main room on the other side. At this point we moved back to the ent. Got another gnome and ran him to the ent. Cleric was medding near and and just a hair before the ent it morphed. Cleric was owned in an instant. Wizzie kited it. None appear to summon. They do however, it's one particular spider and I cannot remember the name, have a REAL nasty A/E dot. RC 5 or 6 cleared it. Important to remove it fast because it eats casters badly.
After this we got our last gnome pretty quickly and won.
Not really a hard mission. My standard group is Me, 70 war with around 13k average buffed hp and 2200 ac, currently at 6 percent sheilding had zero when doing this mission, all def AAs, My cleric with 400ish AAs and around 7-8k mana, a tacvi wiz who also boxes a gimpish enc (maybe 150 AA) and a war, last member is a monk who just started playing after 3 years off. We're fairly decent together but any normal group should do fine.
