No faction hits, no more LizardMan?

Just killed "a lizardman robber" and received no faction hits. I do not think the LizardMan / Lizard Man faction exists any longer.

Note that the "a lizardman warrior"s in the area now sometimes give Allize Volew +1 and Allize Taeew -1 faction hits, and other times give no faction hits, but the robbers appear to always give none!

The lizardman robber camp is near /loc -75, -700, 2, which is near the west end of the South East section of RM.
