O.k. I'd been gone from EQ for awhile. Is there any chance that this setup got changed at some point (possibly during the last anniversary or something? I have been killing the Tribal Keeper (supposed placeholder for Sambata Tribal Leader Garn) for over 5 hours and he has yet to show up. Additionally, when I kill tribals now it no longer raises my faction with the Rockhoppers. Did they completely remove the hoppers from Dawnshroud peaks or something?

Edit to add:
Dropped Netherbian Chtin and Small Piece of Acrylia.
Dark blue at level 50 (expected that).
Max hit against AC1334 was 93 with most in the high 20's to low 40's.
Easily slowed and dotted....no resists for either a shadow knight or a shaman.
