If you dispell him a few times the insane regen goes away. Cancel Magic is your friend. Malo helps with the root breakage.

WHAT'S HIS LOC
The Sporali Avenger spawns inside the first hut next to the Creep Reaper Toilers. It is the first mob on the right as you walk into the hut. Two other mobs in hut with him

Same as Magiken. He was located at neg 37 pos 354.

lvl 70 bard doing quad dots of 199 each, has insane hp regen, basically just lev, and keep kitin him round, might take 4 - 5 mins and the drops arent great. /shrug

I as a 62 Druid with 51 AAs attempted to kill this mob to no avail. I used harmonize to pull him from his hut with only one add. I snared and rooted the add, and then pulled the Sporial Avenger to the ZL of Nektulos Forest.
I then rooted the Avenger and loaded him up with dots. I was doing approximately 500+ damage a tick and was not able to get him below 98%. I assume that he has amazing HP Regen. I zoned once and pulled him with a Dispell Magic and tried the root rot tactic again, but failed to take him down past 98%.
Beware, he is a tough mob to take down. Breaks roots repeatedly. Best of luck.
