We completed all stages of this task against Marnek. Got to the last part that says "Put and end to Marnek's power by recovering the ancient dagger." The lady we're to rescue was lying on the ground, Marnek was up. Both were targetable, but neither responded to hails, text or spells/attack. I sent a GM a tell asking if the quest was running ok...he said it was bugged and to report it.
