A Level 75 Shaman with Mediocre gear and less than 100 AAs is able to solo most of the Fabled mobs in Howling Stones. Fights would take a few minutes depending on the number of adds, and use about 50% of the mana pool. Fun and somewhat of a challenge, but the loot isn't much use to a lvl 75 character. All of the Fableds I fought were able to be slowed.

70 pally (1750 ac, 8000hp) tanked, 70 bard (~2k ac, 8000hp) for backup and dps.
he spawned for us in the SOUTH wing. he can spawn anywhere in here but i have seen him twice now where the crypt spectre spawns - right on top of the fabled crypt spectre. to get there, enter the south wing, run across the broken wall-part and enter the dirt tunnel, hang a right to the little cubby.
top hit approx. 800. typical 400 or so. sometimes he'd double, 200 and 600. the pally kept himself healed during the fight while i beat on it from behind. not a hard fight at all, easily duoable. watch the enrage at 9%.

He spawns in the North Wing. Just go through the Tapestry, take a left and he should be sitting on the other side of the broken wall.

ths message is WRONG i just killed it it is in the SOUTH wing under neath the tapestry.... HAHA ok i messed up... i didnt read the title of ANOTHER spawn point... but yeah he is under the tapestry in the south

This drops in the South wing by walking thru the "tapestry" - around the corner to right - careful there is rug pit trap near where he is found.

Took this down last year for my Beastlord, and again this year for my warrior. The mob hits in the 3-400 range with stonewall on, around 800'ish max normally. This is against a tank with 1683 AC and full Defensives. Was comparable on my lvl 70 war friend with similar stats, more hps, and 200 more AC though. Crapload of HP's like most fableds. and with a lvl 70War and a 65War and a Cleric it can take awhile, especially when adds come along. Not a hard fight otherwise, strictly melee from what I recall here at work.
