Have only found one of these to try to DC so far but the one i found was too high a level for dire charm so must have been lvl 47 or 48 prob since it was green and even mobs around level 50 often are light blue at 70.

Edit: Ok, killed the same spawn twice because it was too high of a level for dire charm, but 3rd time was the charm. Doh, pun not intended. Found a puma that could be Dire Charmed so my guess would be they prob have a level range of like 45 to 48 or something like that.
