Went to turn in Spiritstone of the banished to get Spiritstone of the Feerott and this npc is gone? Anyone know if troll/ogre shaman are getting a way to port closer to home.

NM i found him. HE is no longer right at port in when you use Spiritstone of banished. HE as at location 18, -824
