Add that spawn were mezzable (at lvl 70) so can kill at leisure and just focus on the main one when it spawns. Fairly easy fight, didn't even hit that hard.

Respawn time is between 2-3 hours. To trigger zone in with a bard at the appropriate step or relog while in the zone.

While entering West Karana from Qeynos Hills (the old fashioned way), doing Slayer ACHs... I ran into 2 of these working out a bon-fire just as the path opens to West Karana map. I waxed them both and the corpses evaporated in less than 2 seconds.. can anyone elaborate on the new graphics, new lvl, new position, and reason for being there?

Reset timer if fail on shadow theif is 20mins, dont need a raid to kill
This NPC spawns when the bard enters the zone then stays up for a bit. Likely 20 mins or so. I had to zone out and back in once the raid was ready. Couldn't find it till then
