I just killed it tonight. It was level 55 and it dropped both items shown on the loot table.
Is anyone able to confirm that this mob is actually level 65? I was exploring the basement yesterday and this guy popped. I finished him off fairly easy with three light blue spider adds. If it is level 65 it is the greatest Over-con of all time. To put things into perspective, as a casual level 70 Shadowknight with 100 AA's I have a mere 7250 HP and 1750 AC unbuffed. Compared to other 65/66 Velious mobs I have soloed this one was a pushover which is why I question the accuracy of the info on this page.
It dropped one shield and the boots. Luckily there was a kind Mage in the zone at the time with a group of low level guildies. They CoTH'd one of them over to loot the shield. Every young character can appreciate a neat no drop item with a cool name and nice stats.
