In a nut shell you kill these over sized cockroaches collect 2 scarab carapaces and go see a dwarf in the warriors guild you go through the entrance and he's right there give him the 2 carapaces and 5 gold and you get a helm worth about 8 gold and some good faction

not only that, but it looks really cool on your head!! Mine makes me look like I have green horns or something! But in your inventory it looks like a turtle shell. Does anyone know whether the scarab chest plates are any good? Please reply, because they are harder to get and I don't have much time to waste on things like that that aren't worth it =). Please reply!

The breastplate is actually the best of the three pieces of scarab armor. It has an ac of 14, looks green, and ups three or four stats. Great for any starting small druid, cleric, or warrior.
