Mihoko the Rector  

This mob spawns in the same Building that is used for "The Creator" instances. I cant get the exact Loc cause there were a bunch of trash mobs in the room with him so I didnt want to take the time to try to keep the room clear but he or his PH is in the same room the Creator can spawn in but the North room unlike Fumi the Valiant which spawns in the south room.

He spawns in the back of the room. there is also a Zone out in the back of that room for those that didnt know.

The Zone out doesnt show on any maps I know of but its thre and zones you into the Broodlands. You can use it to escape if things go badly. Its one of those flat small round portal looking things .

For those that do know know Thundercrest changes every so often to different sets of PH and or Minis. So sometimes there will be no PH for certain mobs up but will be PH for other minis in different areas of the zone and visa versa. So if the PH for the above mob is not up when you go here your SOOL till the zone changes.
