Dropped the NO TRADE version of the Purified Nest Water, used in tier 3 good side DoN quest. Also dropped Sandy Goblin Blood, used for tier 2 Good side DoN progression, and Blue Diamond.

In Stillmoon killed several of these, ALL conned Dark Blue at 58..

They hit for 188 - 340 vs AC 1325
Casts Damage spells with funny names like Goblin Hamstring dealing about 2000 damage, they do cast cancel magic, Gate, and Root.
they run at 20% life
Guessing their HP to be about 15k
Note: I shot a diferent mob with an arrow that was further away from one of these than what distance I have safely walked by them, and it aggro'd. They have a large ADD radius, not a large AGGRO radius, just a simple correction to above post.
Possibly the previously posted information was based on the "Instanced" Stillmoon used for DoN missions (Other than faction) My info is drawn from the non-instanced zone, hope it helps.

In stillmoon temple these have a huge aggro range, one can turn into four very easily.
