There is a level 84-85 version called "a Dragorn patroller" (with a capital 'D') in SoDs City of Dranik.
Grey like this image, where the rest of the unnamed dragorns in zone are red.
I suspect he's on the same spawn cycle as a Dragorn Thug, as he wandered up when I was expecting the Thug and followed the same path.

He is rootable, I assume snareable,
but summons from 100%

Doesn't seem to hit too hard (278-1083 on my clothie 3k AC), has a small knockback and an occasional stun.

Tanking as a wizard (little more than Solt gear, self buffed, plus Symbol, spell haste and SE) against 2 of these at once with Beastlord slows and 1 merc healer was very easy. Silly me had my HP buff loaded instead of the fast insta nuke, so it was a slower fight than planned.

Faction seems the same as the dragorn guardians, "Dragorn Forces", and opposed to the Discordant Army".

I gained XP, but the bodies disappeared immediately after death, so there was no loot.
