She was in the gypsy camp before the DoN release and I picked up several tasks from her. But now that DoN is out (I haven't bought it yet, but you're not supposed to need DoN in order to do Lavastorm quests and I did download the DoN update) and I have completed a couple of the tasks, she's not where she used to be and I can't find her anywhere.
Edit: Found her. When you zone into Lavastorm, there's a long, skinny mountain island in front of you. She's on top of it at the north end.
