If you have Saryrn, but not the hedge maze, speak with Veriok in the sick bay in Tranquility. He'll send you to speak with Kelletia in PoN. Instead, kill Tyrant of Nightmare first. Take his heart and bring it with you, fight through hobgoblin caves and up to where Vahksiz is on the plateau. There you'll find Kelletia, and she'll ask you to fetch the Tyrant's heart for her, only you'll already have it.
Also bring the secured wooden case from the terror matriarch, and 2 silky cloths that drop from the spiders that surround her.
One warning: I completed this quest with my BST (who was missing Hedge/TT) but was still unable to complete the Saryrn line. Because the preflag check character doesn't recognize the backflag quest, I can't obtain the flag anyway. THis Bypass Guide reports this quest as being broken as well.

I have KoS/Saryn and TT through BAFing. Veriok wouldn't tell me anything useful, and Kelletia returned the heart, saying she didn't need it.

This guy stands guard to the Lair of Terris Thule now. Hits HARD... I tried to FD pull it as a 61 monk with over 5k HP.... Dropped immediately to 35%. FD, let the tank peel it (70 war, 12.5k hp, I believe), and assisted when called. Well, this guy enrages at 10%. Very nasty. Died before I could back up. Good luck folks.
Maybe for some alternate access to something?

Quads for up to 1700, is pure melee, no HT, no LoH, easy to split becuase he rides a horse and horses start slow.... 67 necromancer slowed him about 50% took him out first try... 65 paladin tanked 64 cleric healed 67 necro on slow and dps
