These guys drop four different items for T2 OoW armor. Kyv Food Sack, Kyv Hunter Ring, Kyv Scout Ring, and Kyv Short Bow
The best spot I have found for consistently farming these guys as follows. From Five-Way take the north passage. This leads to a bunch of dead-ends but it seems to have the highest concentration of Kyv's in the zone, as well as Ikaav's (they are rare). The second option is from Five-Way take the path to Projection of Mind. There are much fewer Kyv's, but it's the second best option. Best to just clear both if possible.
