Zone to NC from WoS side. Once you zone into NC, get out of the little cavern areas, and head left. In that little ditch area, you'll see this froggy =).

He is the NPC to hail to spawn the epic version of Murkglider School Leader ( one of the Shaman 2.0 epic mobs to kill).

Just saw him today, and he is conning white to me at level 65.

at a wild gamble I would say he is on overlord Mata faction.. as to what for and what quests he give.. I got no idea.. good luck in finding out cuz I be racing to Ally DL faction myself atm :O)
I am ally to dl and he cons dub to me ....will not answer hails or give any clue as to his purpose.../shrug
I handed him a no drop dragon tooth from WOS... he did not return it. or say anything.. so I am guessing the tooth is just 1 part of a few items needed to whatever the quest is
He is not on Dranik Loyalist faction, as I am kindly to DL and was dubious to him. When I hailed him all he did was turn to my direction. Any ideas?
dont know.. I have randomly handed him items from OOW zones that are no drop... nothing as of yet... tring to get one of the tool boxs from WOS to see what happens

I ran into this fellow, alas I am still dubious so he did not talk.. I found him in front of the gates, in the rift, just before WoS, under Gorvorath. He is a wee lil frog. Alla says quest mob.. but would like to see some information
