Need better info on spawn location. Wandered around doing /loc and not finding anything close to -1100, 2700. Can someone give the exact loc with all three coordinates and a better description of where to find her?

As stated in other posts - she is in the far right NE room with a bunch of other snake ladies and dragorn. Her PH is the one standing in front of all the dragorns.
If you've passed the courtyard where Krekk is and into that building, you're in the right spot.

From the zone in from Bloodfields, head out and keep following the path, past the first entrance into a building, under a bridge, past the benches and you get to a building-type place, with a tall wall with an archway in front of it. go through there, into the building, and down the stairs, take a left, then first right, and just follow the corridors, you can't miss it. There might be random see invisses OTW over there.

One groupable, it's a PH camp. she does have 18 dragorns near her, here's how to get her single:
Move to the back left corner behind her invis. Kill whetever mob is there, make sure it's snared and doesn't run, and stay very tight on the wall. Use new druid harmo to harmo only the group of 6 mobs right in front of her then immediately have someone pull her to the corner. She spawns a pet, hits for 900ish, mitigates spell damage by 50%, and she AE tashes and single target fears. I would not do this unless you have a high resist MT or a bard with you, we resisted the fear every time with bard. She dropped some kinda crappy range item, but she prolly has a couple better drops. Good luck.

Is the single fear random on group or only for her current target ? If only on her target, take a knight with the Fearless AA and you should have no trouble.
Most likely a raid mob. Pops at -1100 2700 behind a whole bunch of a dragorn vanquisher.
