She is on a 4min 40sec spawn timer.
She spawns in the basement in one of the torture rooms past the 5 jail cells.
She stands next to Flayer Hopkins at a table.
I killed her 8 times before I got the ring. Aside from her Boil Blood and occasional Fear, she has low hps.

Lvl 66 SK, green to me. As of to date she spawns in the basement past the jail cells in the very back. I've killed her about 7 times today and she hasn't dropped her EE2 ring, but her counterpart upstairs Tyrana Slil has after I killed her about 4 times. Spawn times on both mobs are very short, usually by the time i killed 1 and ran down to the other, she was up or very close to being up. I'd say maybe 5-10 min spawn max.
Lvl 54 SK, blue to me. Took her out pretty easy. She agro'ed Purchin Oddsbot with her. I was not feared that I saw, might have resisted and been spammed away, she did try to Instill me which might have put my pet at risk but nothing serious. Her respawn is great, comming from about 6hrs of Najena camping for that Knuckle Ring. I walked in killed Dyrna, got my ring and left. First kill. I actually stuck around a bit for another ring, they sell well in Bazaar.
As for fear if your really worried about it I'd suggest taking SoW off, turning Run to Walk, and if your really worried cast Snare or Clinging Darkness ect spell on yourself, maybe even Root if your really paranoid.

() Did not run from me when low on HP
() No one nearby assisted, but she did call for the guards when she was attacked... so be weary for possible Guard assist.

() Never seemed to /con anything other than Indifferent, no matter how many times I killed her.
()Pretty quick spawn times, quicker than the Goblins in the lower areas - just enough time to med up in between kills.

you can also dispell her and buffs she casts on herselfe will make the fight a little easier

What kind of faction hits does killing her give?
Drops fish food or sumthing like that, a whip a note and rarly the ring, Killed her with a 35 ranger / 35 pally was really easy with the great DPS, also he doesn't have pet, casts a few bad dots though, except when she never gets a spell off :) /bow to stuns
Wiz / Cleric can take her out, Cleric just stunlocks her down and wizard nukes. fight lasts like 30-35 seconds that way. just keep MR up on both chars, as either of them getting feared might get you in trouble
The time I took trying to kill her I could've had the plat to buy the stupid ring or another EE2 item in the Bazaar.
I killed her the first time with my 48 BL playing pet cleric. The 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th tries were all failures. She kept fearing me all the way out of Highkeep while she killed my pet.
On my final try she feared me again all the way to the HK entrance, then when it wore off I decided to make another pet and when she got to the entrance she feared me all the way back into her lair. I was fortunate to survive. Maybe because my magic reisit was a paltry 48.

I discovered her late one nite while camping the Bards upstairs... was getting bored because of the 30 min spawn of the Bards, so went exploring. She con'd dark blue to my lv 52 Druid. I nailed her pal first and saw that she was healing him, she didn't agro on me while I was casting on him.
I put on all my resist gear and buffed up... putting my Magic resist to 115, then rooted and dot'd her with 4 different dots, then nuked her also... most of her casts I was able to resist... but a couple landed... had to Superior heal myself a couple of times, but nailed her quickly.
This is what she dropped: Clawed Knuckle Ring, Magic, HP +20 Focus effect: Extended Enhancement II. All/All. Killed her several times and got 3 rings... tho sometimes all she dropped was a whip.

That stoopid smurf zapped my monk with a flame spell that inflicted dmg in the 300's! i'd like her loot! my monk's name is Edbear. he is in OT when this was posted.

i thinks she is a necro becase last night i killed purchin oddshot or something and she was doing that sdk heal thingy on him. also she is blue to a 51

No, a level 40 would be an xp-giving green for a level 54.
