Was On My Lvl 70 Beastlord Running To PoD`s To Go Bk To Pok And Saw This Guy Dont Have Much Hp Becuase my Frost Spell hit him for 734 Damage what was 30% but had about 7 adds but killed him looted and ran Dropped Swamp Walker's Shroud ( Was Grey To My Lvl 70 Beastlord )

anyone know where he spawns?
Spawns in the ring of lesser fringed bats. if you fight him at bats - they dont agro and he wont run because hes near other mobs.
