first one is the very first mob you'll come across. A little before the first intersection.

2nd one, take the first left branch as poted below. Follow it straight up north till it turns west and you have a choice to go North or South. Go left (south) and follow the left hillside a ways into the mob camp that is there. I was invis but got agro from the Borer which I didn't even see and pulled him with no adds back to our group waiting close by.

Run back to the first intersection (mobs have probably repopped so be wary) and go straight east which would be the first right coming from the zone-line

Follow this eastern trail and you'll come acroess the 3rd mob on your way to the bridge. No surprises, you'll see him.

For the last mob to finish this part of the warrior epic continue north along the eastern trail and take the last path to left. You'll see the mob before he agro's, unless perhaps you're short, it's pretty hilly around there.

conned even to my 65 warrior
Far too many adds to pull to Zoneline

Went in with 72 War, 74 druid, 70 cleric, 70 bard, 76 ench, 73 SK. The fights were not that hard. Pretty much the kind of fights you would expect from a normal mob that would con db when grinding. The Last fight would be say equivalent to a white or yellow con mob. The fights themselves were not difficult - where we ran in problems was the respawn timers. They pop fairly quickly and this can take it's toll on the casters and also on the tanks' endurance.

You can rest safely on the bridge before your last push up the hill. Knock off a few mobs, then the name in one swift move.

Keep in mind if you have an enchanter with you they will be looking for the 3rd part of the staff for their epic which is found on the right side of the pathways just before the bridge. Keep and eye out for it... we got lucky and got it to pop.

FYI - If you succor, the zone is still active - and does not reset itself, we got worried the first time we hit succor but learned it was still okay.

I would NOT suggest having the bard pulling and fading the mobs you want back to the zoneline. The mana needed for your bard to do this, and the fact that the mobs summon, snare and root will get your bard killed. This is not a viable option, at least it wasn't for us. Keep the group moving up, and close together. Speed is the key, allowing you time when needed for quick meds. Everyone should be practicing good medding in between pulls and ALWAYS sit if not on a mount. If you do it right, you might have to med maybe once or twice.

I went in with my 80 war and 80 druid, and killed all the borer's and then the boss. ( got expedition with a third person who was afk in guildhall )

Fairly easy to 2 box it. War has about 700aa, all defensive and aggro aa, geared with one groupable stuff ( warped steel, dwerium trio, 10 - 30ac augs).
Druid had about 700aa, mix of praet and scratched hide gear w/dwerium trio.

I was able to invis past many mobs, and jump the see invis and take them down. I couldnt handle adds and would have to evac and invis and run back. Harmony worked well on almost all mobs, and training see invis mobs to the zone, snaring, rooting, and then either evacing or running way far away invis to loose aggro worked well also to speed things up.

Took me about 1.5 hours, mostly cause this was first time doing it and made a lot of mistakes pulling. Mobs die fast, except borer's, which have more hp. Used karanas renewal for most heals ( occasionally adrenaline swell/purvida) and chained fernspike for extra dps with druid. My war has about 16khp and 3kac unbuffed. used just druid buffs to do this, no temerity or shammy buffs. ( and used haste/mana regen potions ).

Since when you pull the borer, nothing will add or assist with it, its easy to fight to within arrow range ( use bow with longest range and longest range arrows ) and just arrow the borer to single pull it through all the other mobs.

Borers are all unsnareable and unrootable. Helps a lot to snare all the other mobs since they run. Fought all the mobs unslowed and not debuffed at all.

Dual wielded with war: orell's mace and bejeweled dagger.

Also, the borers were not line of sight aggro, just very large aggro range, and they sometimes tried to hit me with some spell ( debuff or snare, not sure ) which caused invis to drop and sometimes brought adds.

Overall easy. Generally easier to clear most mobs if in doubt, especially when fighting up the right side. I recommend fighting the left path first, then middle, then right path to bridge. after last borer is dead, just run invis to the next see invis mob and clear most mobs to bosss. ( track is very handy ). And as mentioned above, can pull the boss through the last few mobs with an arrow, as soon as you can see him.

Hope this helps.

Just take a bard that can fade and he can pull all of them to the zone line be done in no time. The boars have such a huge arog range it makes it cake, also nothing helps the boars, so bard fades gets little close the the train and only the boars will come.

Just killed him on Druzil. He did not have a faction hit.

He is located at -469, -1118. Has a large agro range like the borerlings.

If you cross the bridge to get and wipde you can not go back in. That is the point of no return.

why couldn't you just get a new vxed w/o starting the whole thing over again, if trying to give korbuk the blackfall blade triggers the flag to get the special vxed then theres no reason you couldn't do that again since he gives the sword back to you and tells you to go kill the thing

Summons, does not rampage or enrage. More health than other mobs in the zone, partially slowable, hits a bit harder than the Borelings.
After you have killed the third Boreling just before the East bridge, if you cross that bridge and take the next Western path, he is located there.
You can win thousands of fights
But you may only lose one.

I'm in the process of doin my epic 1.5 (war). I'm not much into goin in GoD zones, but is it true that the WARRIOR need to get the expedition (rather than anyone else in the grp) to spawn the Borers upon zonin in?
RE: Spawn'n
# Feb 24 2005 at 12:57 PM Rating: Good
No, anyone can start the expedition -- just need the warior at the right stage of his epic to zone in and they spawn.
