I was heading toward Derakor the Vindicator like other posts suggest and along the way I happen to run right into him at the top of a ramp directly left of where the Idol of Rallos Zek spawn point is located. I quickly charmed a nearby giant and pulled him down the ramp. Rather easy solo fight for a lvl 72 enchanter with healer merc. High magic resistance but only took a couple of minutes to down him. Dropped the Harnessing Stone and an ornament.
Was on ramp at p1100, p1700. Resisted any life tap and movement restrictions. Did not summon or run. Dropped Harnessing Stone

This guy stands at exactly loc # Pos 2386, Pos 1341 right behind The Vindicator in Kael, was grey to a 85. Although he is supposed to be magic resistant and while slow nor any debuff would stick save tash, my magic based dots and dd hit just fine. Easy kill.

Just went into Kael and we couldn't find him, on track or by checking near Vindi or Tormax. Is he untrackable, or did we just get unlucky and someone got him before me? What's respawn time on him, do we know?
He spawns at the end of vindi's walkway near the doors to statue.
I was killing Sentinels in/around Tormax throne room, when this guy comes strolling in. He walks right up to Tormax, pauses briefly, and then turns around and walks right back out. Course, I had to kill him, not knowing what he was! So be aware, his pathing does take him on quite a long walk. Actually, the above photo does look like the area just outside of Tormax.
Clearing Vindi is not necessary. First, I DC'd a pet and cleared out the trash in the way, including those 3 dark blue cons for that ranger quest. Wait until Vindi paths to the back of his area. Miriku is not on the same faction as Vindi, so Vindi will not assist him. I pulled Miriku right through Vindi and out to a corner of the arena.
The fight was a bit rough solo, he's not slowable, or at least I gave up after 4 tries of Desolate Deeds. I rune tanked him with my pet doing some decent damage, and backed off to nuke for a few, although he hits too hard for the pet to sustainably tank it. Since he has so much MR, I had to use Mana Flare and the Chromatic nuke from DoDh. I ended at 50 mana, with Rune of Shadows down, my epic clicked, and an elixir potion used.

I wouldn't recommend doing him solo, I'd at least bring along a healer. I just 2-boxed him and was able to pull him all the way to the zone in with no adds with ally faction in Kael. Was a fairly long fight with just DC pet at DPS.

Mob should spawn behind vindi, between vindi bridge and status area outside building.
Hits 400ish range think only triple hit paladin in group soloed, if you can kill vindi to get to him should be a walk in the park.
Vindi these days with Qvic guild needs cle, tank, 1 dps maybe backup healer if only taking 4 ppl cause the fights kinda long. I tried using a charm pet that casts slow appears to have been nerfed =/

Vindi can still hit a healer hard. Suggest that dps be something with a lot of hp.

well, he spawns in 2 diff spots (so far that ive seen) one is right in the middle of the arena to the left side... and the other is on the way to the statue... not quite sure if he was out of place or not
