Casts a low range AOE DoT "Shade Masntle" , 22 seconds long .. somewhat of a snare - "I'd guess 30 percent, since with fabled jboots, i would still sort of run" and 132 daamge per tick. Seems weird that it said "22", not "24" but it said 22.

I found this mob up right next to the north side of a building very close to the west wall (not that bootleg area in the west though) in the middle north-south wise of the zone. It was a static spawn point. Will try to post exact loc later.
Is this a random spawn off any murkglider or does he have a PH? Any idea where he spawns?
