75 sk with j5 healer. Pulled all 6 at once. Dont think my health went below 90%. I noticed they try and heal each other so they wont all be hitting you at the same time. Plus they only have crap pally heals.
A little crazy, but I was able to duo with my cleric merc and pet. I ht'd the first guy to get one out of the way and used my staunch recovery (my cleric didn't have crack so he kinda ran out of mana earlier than I'd hoped) about 3/4 of the way in with all of them on me (I only had gallantry and potion haste/potion crack on me). The skelly npc is just about mid zone in case you're not good with loc numbers. Good luck!
First time we tried our hand at the six of them our puller got axed. So during the process of regrouping and figuring out how best to pull them, they started de -spawning. They do not wander, they will attack the undead and move a couple of paces to get them, but that is it. So when we looked up 3 of them were gone, then poof 2 more. If you are ready you can tag 2 or the last one remaining. They despawned in probably less then half an hour, and Tarnanil will spawn about 15 minutes after the last one poofs. So if you have the time and don't want to chance all 6 at once, bide your time and wait, you will be able to take the last one. (They poof in rapid succession so be ready to tag the last one). Now we did not do it this way, the puller took the advice of one of the posts and kited them around, they do summon but they are whimps compared to the 4 SK's that we had to fight before these guys.
Just a new strat I would like to post. Today we killed pally's with a 75 Cleric, 75 Sk, and me a 72 sk. Here was our strat: After hail and pop....75 sk would grab aggro and all 6 would chase him. I then would peel 1 (festering darkness) off, and 75 sk would kite the other 5. Cleric healed me and help stun (as some heal themselves) and added some dps. Once we got em down, Kiter would bring em by and I would tag one again, rinse wash repeat till we got them down to 3 left. At that time was easy for us to keep aggro on 3 so cleric did not take a beating and burned em. They dont hit too hard (75 sk 2800 ac unbuffed, me 2378 ac unbuffed) but can be a pita with heals. Since 75 sk was not up to that point in his epic, we did it until we got 3 bloods for him also. Each time the 6 pallies dropped 3 bloods. Spawn for Tarnamill was fast. after killing all 6 we sat for about 15 minutes and POP. Note: Your kiter needs to have some decent HP/AC as they summon often. Kiter would run by for a quick heal every now and then if needed and used potions.
Don't believe all this garbage....blood has a CHANCE to drop...so yes while some of these peeps may have killed 1 during the day and say oh noz, than got 3 in a row at night. I spawned them at night (undead all around) killed 5 and got 2 bloods....spawned again at 1pm game time, killed 2 and got my last blood.
As soon as the ring of paladins buffs they move to their ring just a few steps away. Maybe I didn't quite understand the pet pull thing because good old 68 pet dies too darn quick to be pulled back, properly taunt, or any of those things.
I 3 boxed this fight with a 70sk PoR quest and DoN geared, 70 chanter elemental geared, and 63 cleric luclin geared (dont ask lol)
You must do hail at night when undead are about or you wont get your blood (killed 2 pali dudes with no blood due to day light)
Left cleric at HHK zone line and took chanter, pet and sk to the area to hail tarmail. Before the hail I set pet in place where the paladins moved to when they set up their ring. Once in place I hailed and spawned the paladins and sent pet after closest one. Pet dies rather quickly yet one mob will always lag back as a healer (was usually one of the two froglok paladins). The group after instantly killing my pet as one would charge me. Standing far enough back to get off approx 2 FD if need be I would do so and enchanter would tag the rear one who is slightly slower then the others thus out of group aggro range. I used tash as my tag because any DD will make the pali summon you thus wiping your poor 2 box. So with SK FD he waits till he gets his enemies forgotten message and chanter is pulling his single to the HHK area. There are undead but nothing of any challenge at that level. Soon as the message pops, up jumps the sk to run to zone HHK zone on horse and the single fight is there.
You only need 3 bloods and using this technique I was able to kill my first one, go back to the spawn area and wait until they started despawning. The mobs do not despawn all at once there for you wait until the last one is about to pop and hit him. As long as you have spawned them during night time and tagged your target before he depops he / she will drop blood.
With this being said you're thinking to yourself Tanalos you always find the hardest way to do things and then you post your strats...well yeah but I reached my objective didn't I? This was about as close to a decent strat as I could do considering I was boxing and help was not available at that time.
Why use doors when you can bang your head to go through walls!
Happy Hunting

The 6 pallies that spawn can they be single pulled or mezzed? what do they hit for? Any type of strat on how to accomplish this fight is appreciated......THX
A skeleton at +577, +1665 at night for sure He conned Green to a level 70 and was Ready to attack. Snuck up behind him and hailed. He said "Dead men tell no tales. Now leave before you get hurt."
while not hiding or sneaking he didn't attack me and i couldn't attack him. Hailed while not sneaking and said the typical bad faction "I didn't know slime could speak common..go back to the sewer before i lose my temper."
