im looking at him on track right now with my bard who is lvl 70 and he cons yellow to me currently not white even climbed a wall to target him just to double check so im guessing hes not always lvl 70
Just killed him and he spawned in the ruins just east of the MPG ramp. Not sure exactly which was his PH cause I wasn't the puller, but he was def in the building.
But it seems all Enchainer's have a random chance of being able to proc: Discordling Ruin
Chaotica overwrited any clarity but isnt really a problem, but in conjunction with discordling ruin it makes the fight abit tougher unless you have a full group.

I am a bit disappointed with the allocations of the rune drops in OoW. We had a discordling shred us up in WoS - and when the raid force arrived , we killed him with no rune drop. Yet in RCoD - you can trio mobs there with ease that may drop any of the 5 runes (minor, lesser, reg., greater and glowing). Im not saying they need to up the drop rate , or even up the spawn times of named ....just equally proportion out the runes from these named that currently aren't worth killing. People are in these zones for three reasons. Either epic mob stuff - camping runes, or passing thru. So explain to me why it is that a level 67 mob in RCoD can randomly drop any of the 5 runes, and this level 70 bad *** (with a 1.4k hp AE) only drops Mebbe a lvl 68 rune ?
It seems reasonably logical to me: Nameds in NC drop runes up to 68 Nameds in WoS drop runes up to 69 Nameds in RCD drop runes up to 70 (although the 70s are very rare)
The reward seems to be based on the difficulty of the zone. And before you say RCD is easier than WoS, how come WoS has 10 times the player population of RCD?
And as for your three reasons to be there. I think you missed the main one, which is that WoS was the most popular exp zone in the OoW expansion.
Spawn time is lightning fast. Killed him atleast 10 times in 2 hours and ignored him most of the time untill we had to deal with him. 1.4k AE or around that with stun went off every now and then. Spawns behind Velitorkin. Never droped anything besides the cloak (half the reason we stoped wasting him >_<)
