These are triggers for War Caller Kaavi (for the Enchanter Epic 1.5). There are 6 of them total. And no loot for us either last night. After killing them War Caller Kaavi will respawn and become targetable. When she is pulled she spawns 4 lvl 68 mobs (no loot on them either) called Guardians of Kaavi.

We found these guys over by Girplan Slashers. We killed the two Slashers (which are trigger mobs and dropped nothing) and got the messege about a Devourer spawning nearby. We then went to look to see if we could find him and ran into 4 of these guys. We killed one, didnt' have coin or loot on him so after 3 named and no loots we left that area. Hope this help.
