Soloed as a level 65 Necro, had to FD split them and got a couple of snare resists, but otherwise they were about as hard as a tier-2 trash PoP mob (i.e. not very). No spells, don't summon, just a bunch of hit points to burn down while kiting them.

went to DN to kill some spiders and saw these mobs for the first time, pulled with snare, then proceeded to root and dot to death. i had no resists on any spells. they have over 30k hp so took a bit to kill one. he also gave me over 4% on AA, but didn't drop anything, not even any plat. will update after i kill some more if they drop anything
pretty much treat them as any POV mob. They hit up to 500. They resist somewhat. I could see this as a viable solo mob.

easy to solo by a bard using dot kiting, just make sure you have run 3. they don't summon ether.
