Even with the second Veteran AA (Infusion of the Faithful? it slips my mind) that maxes resists, this dot still landed on me (level 66) pretty easily. I got a few resists, but it landed, was cured, and landed a second time. So be prepared to do battle without the easy way out.

I'm referring to Chaotica.

He spawned at +51, -500. The PH was some kind of discordling. Total accidental spawn, but oh well, at least we know where he is now. That location I gave is the first square room you enter as you head due east from the zone in. There are 4 discordlings in there, all dark blue at level 70.

By the looks of the SS I'm going to go out on a limb and guess the room in the center with the discordling inventors; either that, or the ph is one of the roaming discordling inventors, but I don't think that's likely. Would make more sense for him to be one of the static mobs. Will try to spawn him tonight and post my findings. =p

Curse can be removed by 5 casts of remove lesser curse.

Gimp

Just fought as a 67 Shaman. He was fully slowable, summons, flurries in some way, and doesn't have a ton of HPs. He cought me off guard and without my normal fighting spells on. So I would say for a lvl 64 mob he is gimp.

He is higher than lvl 60. I fought him at 63 and he was yellow con, I assume to be lvl 64. We got him twice during our exploration there and he dropped both items. The DoT he casts is called Chaotica and is removed only by RGC. It's nasty..our grp consisted of all lvl 62+ folks, it was not that difficult.

Pay attention to Sigrah, his proc and (spinning) stun are NASTY! RGC removes it though.

Dropped cloak for us.

Just duo'd this mob with:

66 Beastlord (380 AA)
66 Druid (180 AA)

Details:

Max Damage: 622
Slowable: Yes (Mostly Slowable)
Snarable: Yes
Summons: Yes
Special Attacks:
Discordling Leap (Not sure what it does)
Chaotica - VERY NASTY SPELL! He will cast it on whoever is on his hate list, regardless of who has agro. It drains 100 hitpoints and 50 mana per tick and lasts 1 HOUR. Also, it overwrites KEI and related spells.

Radiant Cure 3 did not remove the effect from either toon, but Remove Greater Curse will remove it in one cast (tested this on another mob I fought later with the same ability). However, the mob almost immediately recast it on any toon I cured it from.

Dropped the cloak already listed here.

About Radiant Cure > 1 won't do the trick, but 2 will fix it. However... waiting for Radiant cure to repop is nervewracking while this -100HP/-50 mana per tick, 1 Hour duration DoT is eating away at you. 3 Remove Curse casts will also get this, and I imagine the lesser spells might also do the job if cast enough. Chaotica has one other major effect - it overwrites any mana regen spells, and blocks them from being recast. If you are the only person with Radiant Cure or Remove Curse, get out of the DoT's range (300) and cure yourself first.

Does not overwrite Shammy potions, haven't found anything yet that does--not even TT / Saryn in Time. :)

Elixir of Greater Concentration is 3 mana per tick regen. Not a lot, but . . . better than nothing and Could mean the difference between One more cast to cure and being OOM. Curing the curer First is the wisest, have your enchanter use what's left of Their mana to cast C.x on the curer and you're in business. Chaotica is Definitely a Huge PITA dot. /nod Um, I'd also make certain that your curing types Have the dang spells to cure this before pulling Any mob which casts it . . . learn from my experience rather than your own. :(

3 Remove curses takes off the spell, pure blood does nothing. RGC does it in one cast I seem to remember.

Seems to be a static spawn, first one on the right as you move in from ZI, does not see invs
