This mob also drops Scaled Dragorn Hide.
He casts Shadow Breath. Its a 250hp/tick AE dot with -250 M resist, 50ft range from it's target.
Wingstrike is a spell any dragorn can cast, it's not unique to Grinbar.
He hits for same as the other trash, just has more hps.

be careful when pulling the 3 dragorn refugees inside the hut because they have a Big aggro radius

WHO is this Guys PH?
3 guys in the dome tent thing at the dead end where the Mage Epic mob is triggered. This guys PH is the middle mob (at least thats where he popped for us.)
Be careful not to walk inside the dome or u can possibly trigger the mage epic mob which screws up the event for anyone coming to do their until it respawns. Just pull the mobs inside with range item. Mobs immediately outside the dome cannot be aggroed.

The front 2 guards seem perma rooted and un-attackable, I incited them, and attacked them. Nothing, except the named aggroed and DoTed me. 64 shammy, 66 war (me), 67 ranger, 67 chanter, 66 cleric, 67 wizard. The named and the 2 back guards aggroed and came out, CCed the two adds and tanked the named. Was easy, slow landed, and with def he hit like a BoT named...if that.

His faction seems to be on the opposite of other mobs in zone.

Yellow con at 66. In the Southeast corner part of the zone, a fair crawl from the entrance.
