I seems that ONLY a rogue can initiate the event - since items are notrde be sure rogue has them all

Not for rogue epic either. Same response.
4 drops random from the zone. Noticed that all the mobz that droped pieces for it glowed. Pieces are following:
~Bucket Mute
~Brass Mouthpiece
~Thin leader Strap
~Polished Bone Horn
All 4 ID as a quater of an instrument. But when I give to the quest npc he says the following:
~Hmmm, wait. Something stirs out in the wild. They are already here - no need to call them after all.

cons red to my 66 enc when hailed says"So patronizing you are. Shoo! I have no need of your help and likewise - you have no need of mine." May be a part of another class epic. Other classes should hail it (p.s. i was in ogre form if that matters at all)
He cons indifferent, wont' chat with my 67 Enchanter.
