Barowsar has not been in his spot for two days now. Do people kill him? Is there a spawn time? The NPC next to him is always there when I check.
apparently he has moved positions a bit. he is now right outside of tunnel just near Caller Donivin.

This appears to be the generic hail response for all classes which can not do the quest he provides, as it is for leather classes only, myself being a necromancer.

he is located in the bloodfields once you go out of zone in follow path right before next archway veer to left then go inside what looks like broken wall there is a small entrance you will find him at end of tunnel but you need at least warm faction I have kind and will still not dialog with me
Spawns at loc N730 N1220 for those who prefer locs over directions.

And what a major pain it is to raise! Best way to check factions is to kill in Dranik's Scar (Nocs, Unuks, etc. like the link says for faction raising) then go find Tibor down near the zone in from PoK and con him. Since he is a quest NPC, he will not attack you no matter what faction, but this way you do not have to go all of the way to Bloodfields and con Barrowsar.

Anyone tell me how to raise faction with Barowsar, He regarded me indifferntly and told me to return once I had proven my worth. i have all pieces for turn in but was unable to initiate dialog due to faction. Need help with creatures to kill to raise faction. Please help!!!
3 of the 4 items he wants are Dansk branch, dragorn metal bowl, and muramite dragorn slayer whip but i have been unable to find the last item so far.

What do you need to do to raise faction with him. Thought it was children of dranik but spent hours killing kyvs and nocs, went back and still threatening....anyone know for sure?

charsion thanks for giving up a little bit of info, how about giving us the rest like say whats the 4th item and what faction you had to get the quest from the npc because dubious doesnt cut it apparently

i've seen the slaver whip drop from mobs in ruined city. not 100% sure if its only off dragon model mobs but i know they can drop it(wierd tho as they lower your faction). also belive it drops in WoS too.
Quest or Event mob. Cons ready to attack, but does not.
This mob is situated in the same tunnel as Lenarsk.
When hailed the text returned is:
"Barowsar hisses at you, but does not attack." or similar.
