Solo'd this guy as a lvl 68 SK with mostly Elemental gear.
He spawns near the Dranik's Scar zone in at approc loc p1865, n1530 in a tunnel that forks to the left if facing in from DS.
As long as you moderate your casting on this guy and don't panic you should have him defeated quite easily.
I used Touch of Innoruuk for spot lifetaps, but mainly stayed healed using Bond of Inruku.
Kept my AC buff on as well.
Result is after he wastes tons of mana trying to land lame cleric nukes on me, he healed himself a couple of times, then ran oom and I tapped him into oblivion.
I had HT and Leechcurse discs both unused after I looted my +10 attack aug off him.

Soloed this guy the other day with mah 67 necro, hes tough enuff, but doable, as he spends a lot of his time casting spells and only whacks a bit.
Think he was hitting for 600 - 700, though i cant remember. He is snarable and does summon.

Killed it last night, dropped Mask of the Spellbound. Easy fight - we pulled it to IZ before proceding further into zone.
