I hailed Guard Fayfear in Greater Faydark and then immediately zoned into Crushbone. I've been clearing the throne room and waiting behind the table for over 5 hours. After about 3 hours I ran a ranger over from a second account and re-hailed the guard, but still no messenger. The only thing I haven't tried is re-zoning. I hate to leave, because he might spawn while I'm gone.

He finally spawned right behind the table where others have noted. I was not in the midst of clearing any mobs; I was just standing there when he popped. I hadn't hailed the Greater Fay guard in a couple of hours at least.
The game time was noon. The throne room was full of mobs (I hadn't cleared them in quite a while).
So, I don't think there's a trigger. I think he spawns randomly.

To spawn him I went AFK to get my tobacco. While I was grabbing it, my son looked at my junk through my underwear and I laughed at him for it, when I came back Orc Messenger was up.
He spawned for me at 2pm game time, more than 30 minutes after I zoned in.

After waiting for the messenger in Crush for 45 minutes but forgetting to hail the guard in Gfay, I ran out, hailed the guard, ran back in, and the messenger spawned within 5 minutes next to the window/table - not behind the throne.

Spawned for me at 11pm Game Time
I was doing my semi-annual clearing of nameds in CB.. D'Vinn, Crush, Brenclog.. clearing the castle because I am bored.. he was behind the table in the throne room.. I killed him and noticed it took more than well.. any hits.. so, I came here to see what he was thinking he was new..
Sorry to whomever might need him in the next 2 hours.. I didn't know he was an epic mob. =)

I hailed the Guard by the orc lift like 5 times and went to the spawn point he spawned in like 5 min was every happy

FYI mob will spawn in the Level 90 Revamp

I haven't seen this mob since Crushbone reverted to its original level. Does he have a new spawn spot?

Just killed him today at 10:03 Central Time - 2pm Game time.
So 2 months and 3 days to spawn? I'm OUT! Seriously, I wish someone would post new camping timeframe. I've been here over 12 hours and nothing so far.

Well I dont know where you get that this mobs spawns every 2 hours but ive been here over 5 hours not one spawn yet...... Started around 2 am pst
Wow, he ended up spawning for me as soon as I popped over. lol Well it didnt spawn every 2 hours, well not for me it didn't. Maybe if you can't get him to spawn try posting O.o It might work. GL to all yall pallies =0)~

This mob spawns every 2 hours and stays up for 4 minutes before despawning for another 2 hours.

after clearing TR in CB, this guy spawned for me where the oracle used to, behind the table at appx. 9:30-10am game time, 9pm pst. hit for 845. had no idea what this mob was for, so needless to say, i was suprised.
Took 5 hours 52 mins.
That spawn time is much more than 120 mins or its random. I've been camping the guy now since 12midnight, its now 5:30 am for the pally epic 2.0. Thats over 5 hours.

It spawned at about 9:00 AM maximum hit for me was 879

Has any1 beat this Orc Messanger? I've seen him but i fleed becuse I was like level 14.

Spawned at exactly 9:02 AM EST, behind the table in Throne Room by window.
Stunnable. Hit me for maximum of 891 hp (~2100 AC level 72 Paladin). Did not run. Has average amount of hitpoints. Doesn't hit very fast, but not slow either - pretty much average in terms of hit speed. Much harder than Signus mob - I killed the Signus one with one single undead DD spell.
If you're soloing the Messenger, make sure you bring healing pots and have LH up in case you need it. Also make sure you keep him stunned as much as possible for damage mitigation. Hits hard but is very doable.

Strangely, "harder" (but not hard, they were EASY) than both Signus' even though lt blue con to 75. Mainly 'cause of the number of hp and how hard it hit.
I went through up to Emperor Crush and he wasn't up. Came back down and he was behind the table far end of the room with the throne (he was on the window side of the throne) as I was killing the other orcs in the room to pass the time while waiting for him to spawn.
Hit me for about 800ish a pop. Was just killing oracles and stuff for armor quests... didnt even con him when I whacked him, lol.. Scared the heck outta me. He DOES NOT summon, I snared him, took him to one of the bridges and lev'd side to side (so he would cross the bridge each time) so I could plink him to death w/out rooting. 2.0 piece rotted, unfortunately.. Only one pally in guild was on, and didnt want it.
