Yes u do get a faction hit when u kill them. A real bad faction hit with highpass guards, carson mcelee, merchants of highpass, corrupt qeynos guards, and the freeport militia so don't go killing drudges

Wow your gonna let someone who posted 2 years before you what happened? i doubt they care anymore, or even came back to this page... or you for that matter so why am I posting?? LOL
For anyone else that stumbles across this I farmed some plat in here as a 50 iksar monk by killing guards, i would presume if you attack one of these drudges several guards are gonna come up an "wipe the floor with you".
