Symbol of Lativ I've checked over a dozen times for the follower in Dreadlands and he has never been live. Frontier Mountain follower is live, but has not dropped the symbol in the about 15-20 times i've tried.
Burning woods follower is live and drops symbol.

This guy might be a triggered spawn after turning in the note to Ixthal during the quest Claw of the Mature Patriarch (#5).
