Yes ya cant slow his running but ya can slow his attacks.. He is easily slowed and seems suceptable to every dot i put on him. Whatch out for the Chaos Claws, Heartstopper, and Skullstrike attacks. These can prove deadly if landed at same time. Other than that this mob is easy kill.
