Dropped Lativ's Remains while looking for froglok foragers and hunters for seb key
56 Ranger...solo'd Lativ when I was 55. He's not actually rooted, just moves VERY slowly. I pulled him to the EJ zone line and took him down there. Takes a long time with all the hitpoints, but he's not a tough kill.
Now, if I could just get a crack at Crusader Zoglic!

was in tt to start my vp key and because i know about the forager and hunter stuff here i checked track and saw this dude up, went to 2688, 851 to find a builing with a bunch of dead iskars, though to myself why not, killed them all but the named then checked here for breakdown.
you all really over estimate this guy rofl, ok so i am 65 druid, but man i smoked this guy in 40 mana, no worries here. he was so scared he did not move till he was 10 %hp and then he only moved to run away lol. as for 300 hp a tick regen, never saw any of that but he did not live long, cast maybe 5 time 3 dots and 2 nukes he was a gonner, looted remains was all he had

Was chant kiting with my bard in Burning woods and looted a Symbol of Lativ from one of the mobs there lore and no drop.

Killed this ghost in solo with my 65 cleric, as long his permarooted like it seems till he fall below 20% health its just a wuss has approx 20- 25 K Hp but dont beat or cast somehow. Looted his remains, but like it seems they arent MQable. Think will try to get the claw quest for my lil beats anyway.

Lativ is the follower of the Patriarchs of Cabilis (BL guild) that was exiled. You kill this ghost version and loot his remains. Take the remains back to Zreezas (BL spell merchant on the upper floor of the Shaman guild), who will return the remains and send you to Prime Patriarch Vuzx. Give Vuzx the remains and he gives you a box in which the four pieces of the seal (which you have to find - not sure where they are as of yet), a heady kiola, and the Lativ remains (returned again by Vuzx) are combined to make a seal. You then are told to give the seal to Lativ (this one located in EJ, which is untargetable until then). After that, I assume, you kill Lativ and then can complete the sixth claw quest.
Well, his name is Vital backwards. I saw a version of him in EJ in some ruins, he conned Ready to Attack but did not aggro. When I hailed him he said something along the lines of "Fool! Dont you realize my power is absolute!" Never seen him before in my many ages of running through EJ.

He's an undead Iksar, spawned in TT at the building at pos 2695, pos 815. He was surrounded by a load of undead iksar of a seemingly random selection. He's perma-rooted to the spot, so pulling him out is no issue. He has a regen of about 300/tick. As a 65 Druid I took him down keeping piling on 3 dots around 600 damage/tick... no problem, though I wouldn't suggest doing it when low on mana. You'd need a serious amount of DPS to take him down with a mid-level group. He dropped "Lativ's Remains" Bone chip icon, LORE, NODROP.
