Soloing Rattican is one of my favorite planar past-times.. As of about 1 month ago (Dx9 release or thereabouts) these seemed to be linked to him. I used to be able to get Rattican out of his cave single but now he always comes with 2 or 3 of these. This is probably how it was always intended; as I always knew he had some mobs linked to him. But never seemed to have these come with him till recently.

hit for 200 or so tops. no special procs like Rattican. can be mezzed and I wouldn't be surprised if they can be charmed. They don't affect my soloing at all and dont seem to despawn as soon as Rattican dies.
