From zone in, the Sludge-Eating fly spawns next to the ladder. After clearing the first room, move thru the tunnel north (only one), to the next room. There's a slightly raised platform in the center of the room. The Blistering Larva spawns right in the center of that pad, with a small larva as PH.

Killed tonight. Dropped only boots. Spawned in first 3 way intersection (room right before the water).
Where does he spawn? Have been in this zone more times then can count and never seen him.
Dropped Sodden Turepta Hide Boots. Made my monk friend happy.
